  • A valerian and black cohosh combination is a popular herbal stress medication and usually contains a blend of capsicum fruit, passionflower herb, catnip, hops flowers and betony herbs as well. These are combined to stabilize the nervous system during stress.
  • Gingko extract may be useful in the treatment of stress, but it is known to have some side effects.
